as an Ontological Coach, Certified by ICF and Health Coach Certified by IIN in NY.

In July 2013 I founded Your True Potential, a boutique consultancy that provides Human Capital services with an ontological approach.

I am an expert in Personal Branding and Career Reinvention, guiding people to connect their talents, passions, and values with jobs that make them happy, promote their development and generate their own livelihood, whether within an organization or individually.

I work with a holistic approach, integrating personal and professional aspects , positively impacting performance and business.

As a facilitator, I support transformation processes by promoting more humane organizations.

I lead change management and conflict resolution processes, finding the best solution for each case.

I am proactive, committed, reliable, results-oriented, and a team player. Furthermore, I maintain absolute confidentiality.

Mother of 2 grown up children, I was born into a multicultural family, I am an Argentine-British citizen.
